The Jackson Agency was founded in 2014 out of necessity.
Hollywood didn’t embrace diversity, which meant talented artists were shut out of agencies because they had an ethnic quota, and Black Agents were rarely found at agencies.
Now, we fight against the elite classist systems that exist in entertainment by embracing our non-Hollywood approach and untraditional movement: people and genuine sincerity over profit.
