Coach Fred

Leroy “Coach Fred” Frederick is a former professional football player who competed in the Arena Football League and Canadian Football League before building an accomplished coaching career. A national championship-winning coach with more than a decade of experience in the SWAC, he has coached wide receivers, defensive backs, tight ends, and special teams while developing All-Conference and All-American players at the junior college, Division II, and Division I levels. Today, Coach Fred brings his football expertise, leadership, and passion for sports to his work in media, including the Common Man Podcast and All Florida Football Podcast.
